Initiate a Return Request
Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all ferrules, connectors, or tools are included and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your package to our designated distribution center using a trackable shipping method to protect against loss or damage during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
